End User Agreement
The use
of these fonts is permitted only for work done for First National Group of Independent
Real Estate Agents Limited, by First National Real Estate, or for third-party
suppliers representing First National. All other forms of usage are prohibited. The fonts must not be passed on to third parties,
i.e. to private persons, companies and/or institutions outside of the First
National group, with the exception of their service providers. Copies may not be made or used for private purposes.
Upon termination of any contractual relationship between the First National
Real Estate group, all fonts, including any backup copies made must be
returned to First National Marketing and fonts must be deleted from all computers.
The font
software stored on this disc is the intellectual property of First National
Real Estate. The term "font software"
as used here extends to include all updates, upgrades and expansions, modified
versions and working copies of the font software. This compact disc is and remains the property
of First National Real Estate.
